One year. One hundred burgers. A quest that started out as a hobby, became an obsession, and has slowly transformed into a lifestyle. How much burger is too much burger? If there is such a thing, we'll let you know.

Westville

The Meat: 80% lean
The Cheese: Choice of cheese
The Bun: Portuguese muffin
Flip Tip: Add avocado and bacon

The Westville burger can truly be described as a treat. Blended with finely diced onion, the meat is rich and juicy without being too heavy. Optional bacon and avocado add just the right amount of flavor and texture, and are totally worth the extra $2.50. Finally, the Portuguese muffin is an excellent burger vehicle. Lightly toasted and very thin, the muffin provides all the support the burger needs without being too bread-y.

In a bizarre turn of events, my fellow burgerheads and I completely forgot to order cheese, an unthinkable omission for three loyal lactose lovers. Most alarmingly, we didn't realize this until after devouring the delicious burgers. Much credit to Westville for wooing us, sans cheese.
