The burger at La Fonda del Sol is kind of like a nosebleed: the result of severe dryness that won't stop spilling. Though its rustic bun, certified Angus beef, and the convenient choice of cheese may draw you in, this trendy midtown burger seriously disappoints. The bread is chewy. The French fries taste stale. And...it isn't even pretty.
This burger left me like a young child with a bloody nose: cocking my head backwards, moaning in agitation, and just really wanting my agony to be over.
